Client Overview
BruteForce AI is an advanced ad analytics and insights platform designed for performance marketers who need fast, accurate, and actionable creative analysis across hundreds of ads. The goal was to centralize data, simplify analysis, and empower teams with AI-driven recommendations.

Project Overview
Marketing teams often struggle to bridge raw performance metrics with creative strategy. Reports take too long, insights are fragmented, and critical decisions are delayed.
BruteForce AI was designed to solve this by consolidating ad data, simplifying analysis, and layering AI intelligence on top—turning complex metrics into strategic clarity.
As the Product/UX Architect, my responsibility was to define the full user experience from ingestion to insight.

Designed a high-scannability, insight-first dashboard to accelerate performance reviews. - Unified Import System:
Created a seamless process for bringing in creatives from Meta Ads, Google Drive, and local uploads. - AI Insight Experience:

1. Solving Complex Metric Filtering
Challenge
Marketers needed the ability to create logic such as:
CPC < $1.50 AND CTR > 2%,
but existing tools created messy, unmanageable “spaghetti filters.”
Solution: Layered Filter Model
A two-layer system that separates casual filtering from advanced analysis:
- Simple Filter Bar
For quick, everyday filters (e.g., CPC, CTR, Spend thresholds). - Advanced Metric Builder
A modal-based builder allowing:
o nested AND/OR conditions
o multi-layer logic
o reusable custom rules

2. Streamlining Creative Import Across Multiple Sources
Challenge
Creatives arrived from three different sources (Meta API, Drive folders, local uploads), each with inconsistent structures.
Solution: Unified Project Setup Funnel
A guided onboarding flow that standardizes all imports:
- Step-by-step setup wizard
- Auto-mapping of metadata
- Background Processing to prevent load delays
- Visual progress indicators for large imports
This eliminated confusion and created a predictable, smooth entry point for all projects.
3. Making the AI Truly Contextual
Challenge
Typical AI assistants lack relevance because they do not understand the data the user is viewing.
Solution: Contextual Insight Panel
A dedicated AI panel automatically passing:
- Active Filters
- Top N Performing Ads
- User’s Explicit Question or Prompt

AI outputs that are strategic, actionable, and directly tied to the current dataset.
